HPP, otherwise known as cold pasteurization, is a revolutionary way to extend shelf life without the addition of chemical additives or the need for heat pasteurization.


In cold pasteurization, nutritional value is retained while pathogens that reduce expiration date are eliminated. The process has been shown to extend best-by dates by as much as three months. Imagine being able to reduce spoilage by 90% or more. HPP means drastically higher yields which, in turn, reduce food waste and increase profits.
